Our Guarantee and Online Sales Information
Our Guarantee – We offer a lifetime guarantee on our framed or mounted Limited Edition prints against any defects in product or craftsmanship. This guarantee applies to the original owner of the product with an original receipt. Due to the potential for damage by third-party framers, purchases of un-mounted prints or canvases are not eligible for the lifetime guarantee.
Please note that all products, including un-mounted prints and canvases are insured in shipment so that you can be certain that your product purchase is protected until it has been safely delivered to you.
Returns & Exchanges – We offer a 30-day “no hassle” refund and exchange policy on all products with your original receipt.
Sales Tax – We are required to collect applicable sales tax on all orders.
Viewing Images and Ordering on the Website – The actual colors of our photographs and mixed media pieces may vary slightly from what you see on your computer due to color differences between computer monitors. The images you see on the website should only be taken as a guide. The color and sharpness of a Walsh print are far superior to what can be presented on a small screen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day “no-hassle” refund and exchange policy on all of our products.
Image Sizes – The sizes listed with each image on this website are our standard sizes. The size refers to the approximate image size. Framing will add to the outside dimension of your image.
Custom Sizes – Most images can be printed in custom sizes. Please contact Customer Support if you need a custom size. Please have the finished dimensions you desire ready when you call.

Display Options
When you order a Fine Art Print you will choose a size, a finish and a mounting option.
- Size is the printed dimension of the photograph itself.
- Finish is the surface the photograph is printed on – Lustre, Canvas, Metal or Museum.
- Mounting options include:
- No Mounting – You will be shipped an unmounted print in a shipping tube.
- Mounted and Framed – Frame around the print. No mats. Acrylic glazing.
- Museum Mounted – Face-mounted behind archival grade acrylic.
Framing
Our Limited-Edition photographic prints are framed with the highest quality materials available. The hardwood frames include fine wood moldings in a variety of finishes.
Giclée Canvas
The Giclée printing technique produces an amazingly smooth and consistent image, true to the original. Each Giclée image is created by spraying archival canvas with rich, vibrant inks. The finished canvas is wrapped around 1 ½” stretcher bars. The stretched canvas can be float framed or displayed as a stand-alone piece.
The Giclée is quickly becoming the new standard in the art industry and is widely embraced for its astonishing quality by major museums, galleries, publishers and artists. For added permanence, we coat all our canvas giclée prints with layers of UV protective clear satin glaze. Giclée canvas prints should be exhibited like most paintings, without glazing.
Metal Prints
The brilliance of our metal prints is incredible. Using an innovative dye-sublimation process, our images are printed directly onto high quality aluminum for a vibrant and lasting finish. Metal prints provide life-like dimension and saturation. Brighten any home or workspace with this sleek, stylish, contemporary presentation.
Museum Mount
The Museum Mount technique is a stunning new way to display and present art work with a clean contemporary look. This specialized lamination process provides a smoothness that cannot be achieved with traditional mounting techniques.
Museum Mounted images are permanently adhered behind a rigid sheet of clear acrylic that makes handling a large print much easier and significantly reduces the possibility of damage. The Museum Mount also offers deeper colors and a more three-dimensional feel to the image because there is no longer an air barrier between the photograph and the acrylic protecting the print. With traditional framing, the air space between the glass and the print refracts light slightly, whereas this process does not.
Acrylic Glazing
We use premium acrylic glazing on all framed photographs. Premium acrylic glazing provides excellent UV protection. Acrylic glazing makes handling a large print much safer and significantly reduces the possibility of damage to your frame or artwork.

Insurance during shipment
We insure full value for all shipments. We will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order. We cannot insure shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination.
Damaged Shipments
Our packaging has been designed to help minimize the potential for damage or breaking, but we can’t control what happens during transit. If your package arrives showing signs of damage, it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged.
If you have determined that your product is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily replace it, but in order for us to file an insurance claim we will need a few things from you. Here is what you should do.
Start by taking 4-6 digital photographs of the packaging and any damaged areas of your product. It is best to show the entire original package, then move in for closer photos of specifically damaged areas and finally the damage to the product.
Keep all the original packaging, including the box and foam corners. The shipping company has the right to inspect the damaged package and its contents before accepting a claim. An insurance adjuster will want to inspect the original packaging.
To submit your claim, please send an email to [email protected]
- Attach your digital photos to the email.
- Include a description of the damage.
- Please include your contact information, including phone #, email and physical address.
- If there is a preferred method of reaching you or a certain time of day that is more convenient for you. Please include that information in the body of the email.
We will contact you within 2 business days with further details about your claim. It is our full intention to handle your repair or replacement as quickly as possible!
Requests for repair or replacement must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Neither Walsh nor any affiliated carrier is responsible for damage incurred during hanging or during any secondary transportation after initial delivery.
